About Tommy kiedis
Tommy is a leader who loves to learn and share those learnings
A practitioner and thought leader, Tommy hammers out his leadership learnings on the anvil of everyday experience, most notably in higher education, the local church, and his growing family. Tommy serves as the President of Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School. He teaches on leadership both nationally and internationally through Capital Seminary and Graduate School, and with other partners in the US, UK, and Brazil. His passion is helping leaders maximize and multiply the leadership God has entrusted to them.
Tommy holds a Master's Degree in Religion and Education from Mid-America Seminary, a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Leadership from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. He has been married to Shannan for 42 years. They have six married children, and twenty-five grandchildren.
Tommy is the creator of the 3 Hour Retreat, a series of seven personal leadership development tools. He is also the author of Churchill And Dunkirk: Finding Victory Inside Defeat. His reading podcast, On My Walk helps you capture those "Aha! Moments" from reading.
