It is a leaders job to remind people . . . of the mission, of the vision, and of God's power to help. Jesus gives us a prime example of this principle in Mark's gospel:

  • "And Jesus said to him ... 'All things are possible for one who believes.'" Mark 9:23
  • "Jesus looked at them and said, 'With man it is impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God.'" Mark 10:27
  • "Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and and thrown in the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him." Mark 11:23
